Simply call 440-582-8550 and a representative will assist you. You must receive an authorization number. Returns are not accepted without a return authorization number.

We ask that all products be returned through the U.S. postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted on any product that is one-half used. The original sales slip must accompany the return to ensure proper credit.
